For those of you that have been worried about Cutline’s support, you need not worry any longer. Splashpress Media has tasked me to take over support of Cutline.

My name is David Peralty, and you might know me as the writer on Blogging Pro, and I used to be the co-host of the WordPress podcast. I have bent WordPress to my will numerous times, created many WordPress themes, and hopefully, I will be able to answer any and all questions you might have. You will notice some changes around here over the coming days, as I orient myself, and start cleaning things up.

I will be jumping in on the forum soon, to answer questions, as well as continuing to develop the Cutline theme.

Thanks again to everyone for their continued support, and I look forward to working with you all.

    Excellent, David.

You were great on the podcast. And you will be feeling the love from frustrated users here. Most of the questions are fairly straight forward.

They merely need someone who can answer with some authority on your end.

David, glad to see someone stepping up to the plate. I just hope no one turned out the lights while you were getting ready to take your turn at bat.

Are there plans to fix the forum so that users can navigate (the next page links don’t work, and I don’t see any sort of search feature)?

And one more question: what’s the “official” version of Cutline: the 1.x versions linked in the sidebar, Cutline 2.0, both?

this is very good news indeed. I’ve had many frustrating problems with Cutline that I’ve never experienced with other WordPress installations. I’m fairly experienced, but hitting definite walls. Can we expect to see more interaction on the forums (i.e., resolution of questions) soon?

I think that the official one is 2.0

Sorry, I have a quick question which seemed most related to this post. I have just downloaded cutline – 3- column-split and it is a great looking theme, very clear.

I am very new to blogging and using these PHP based pages and am trying to learn how they are written. At the bottom of every entry on the main page of the cutline theme there is a little link that goes like Tag: How To…

Can any one tell me how to get rid of that! I am at my wits end. I don’t actually want to get rid of it as it is a great link to organise your pages, but I can’t for the life of me find where it is coded. The closest I can see is in the “single.php” file where there is a line that calls for it. I tried commenting it out and deleting it but the tags are still there when I view the page, and yest I shift refresh to clear the cache.

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of these links! Many thanks.
