WP2.3 IE7 front page width right sidebar

    I have a problem in just the front page with WP 2.3 and the right side bar being pushed below the middle column. this is only in IE7, it doesn't happen in firefox.

    I've determined that something is changing the width in just the front page, the rest of the pages and individual blog posts display correctly and thus the right sidebar is positioned where it should be.

    I've changed nothing in the style css for any individual page and I can't explain why the formatting, specifically the front page width with be increased for just the front page versus the about page or archives or the individual blog postings pages.

    It's also middle content, which is a known bug in IE7, but there clearly is something else changing the header line widths and I don't see the css differences doing this.

    It also shouldn't be so buggy that if someone posts an image past the width it does this.
