I don't understand how these work.
How do you use the text1, text2, etc.? I don't see where you edit them.
If I use the pages widget, can it be edited to not show some of my pages, or does it show all no matter what?

Text 1 and 2 get edited when you drag them up. You will see a small page thing to the right of it once its dragged up.
Yes if you use the pages widget, you can edit which ones you want shown. You can also do it on the page setting by setting it to private.

I also have a problem with widget configuration.
The small "page thing" links that show simply link to widgets.php, so just refresh the page. How do I get to the configuration pages for these widgets?"Recent Posts", "Categories" and the "text" entries all show this same behaviour.
The first two seem to be working ok without me being able to access that configure link. But I cannot see how to set up Text 1 and Text 2.Any advice would be appreciated.
