   Which plugin does this site use for the link manager? The system that's here:
   http://cutline.tubetorial.com/showcase/links.htm

   Is it a standard wordpress plugin? Can it be downloaded somewhere?

   It may actually be http://www.linksback.org/wordpress/wordpress-plugins/wp-backlinks-wordpress-plugin/ The Wp Backlionks Plugin or the Wp Directory Plugin found on the same site...
