  1. I apologise to thirdeyec in advance. I've tried to look at the websites you pointed out to learn how to do this yourself but I have no idea what I'm supposed to be looking for.

All I'm trying to do is add another header so it reads 'Front page', then 'Archives', then 'Forum' and finally 'About'

I really am sorry for the stupidity of this question, I've just got no idea what to do.

  2. Thirdeyec probably has a better approach, but this might help...

First you need to be sure you have the pages set up - and you will need to have the URLs. Assuming you have done that, then you just need to open the header.php file (Dashboard > Presentations > Theme Editor > click on Header ) and do a search for 'id=nav' You will see the place where you need to put the links - and the format you will need to follow.

BTW: In the code <b><?php bloginfo('url'); ?></b> just stands for where your wordpress is installed - if it's too confusing just make it a regular link. AND it could be your links do not have words in the URL it could be something like: ?page_id=xx this pattern - you determine how these are patterned under Dashboard > Options > Permalinks
