Remove background color from bar between Container and Heaser Graphic

    I have figured out how to get a background color behind the theme area without it
    flowing into it except foe a bar accross the theme under the Container area and the Header. How do I change this color to the container color. Check www.RobertsRants.net
    ignore the Masthead we have a graphic going in there.
    Anyhelp would be appreciated
