    Hey all,

I just did a fresh install of WP and installed Cutline 3-Column Split 1.1 but am having a serious Page issue. I've read through this forum and haven't found an answer.

When I activate the Cutline Theme 1) my pages stop working.

If I switch back to Default theme the same URL does work.

If I replace pages.php with the code from the Default theme, it also works - but breaks the theme, obviously.

When I activate Cutline, all I get is the standard blog post:

    *******
    Hello world!

The text from the page doesn't show up at all. (No extra CSS or anything like that - plain text pages, fresh install).

    MORE INFO:

I'm not talking about an About page or Archive Page -- these are custom pages.

    OK... fixed it.

I had done some custom work in the sidebars.

I undid all custom work in the left sidebar (kept it in the right side bar, though) and then used widgets in the Admin panel to get pretty close to what I wanted originally.

Using the widget based left sidebar fixed the issue.

If anyone cares, it was trying to get Recent Posts in the left sidebar that broke everything (I cut and paste the code from the right sidebar...). Fortunately, a widget for that exists.

My only complaint is that the Search Widget doesn't get a header... so if you don't put it in the right place (like the very top) it looks a little confusing - I originally had it under 'recent comments', for example, so it looked like you were going to search recent comments, not the site.

    Thanks for the amazing Theme!!!!
