When you look at the bottom of this page, there is navigation for the pages. When you click on the next page, you are brought back to the page you are on.

I noticed that too, it just doesn't take you to any of the other pages. Maybe there really aren't any.

They are there because if you click on the tags on the sidebar on the front, it takes you to ones not on that page.
