Middle column text has untidy edge and nearly runs into r/h column

    How do I narrow the middle column (Cutline 3 column split) so the text isn't running so close to the r/h column? Or alternatively, line up the r/h edge of the text in middle column to look nice and neat, as in a newspaper.
