linking the about and archives

    I just installed cutline and the "about" and "archives" pages arent linked. How do I link these?

    According to those instructions, Archives and About pages are added by default. I find they are not and that the links to those pages don't work. If I create page with that name, and then edit header.php manually, then it works. Of course when creating the page, the Archives page require using the archive template. Even so it still needs to be manually added in header.php
