When I use a table anywhere on a Page in Cutline 3 column, I get a huge gap above the table. I've monkeyed with everything in the style sheet i could think of, but no difference. Is there a way to fix this?

Yes. Don't use tables they are lame. (IMO anyhow, I just use divs plus CSS)
Also, don't use they visual text editor. Same thing happened to me on a site w/ tables. Made a simple change and it bumped stuff way down. No <br> tags were in the code. It does wacky stuff like that all the time.
Try disabling the visual text editor, and copying the table code back in there exactly as it should be. See what happens.
