The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

It also says 'stylesheet missing'
I have uploaded the files as they were extracted.

djb, redownload the zip file and extract again. Probably you have visited the themes in your admin panel before the upload was finished.
I just checked the downloads and the zip file is complete in every version.
