You can try out this simple method where you need to remove the image and after wards save the post. Right after that, you need to place the image along with the caption. This should solve the problem. First you need to log in and then expand appearance. The left sidebar shows the new dark background with a white font on it as it should be, but the right sidebar has the bright background even with the white font on it which should be a dark blue. My Web-Developer installed in FF shows me that the right sidebar is still assigned to the "widget"-classes and not to the "widget_r"-classes. Why?
