Obviously the forums still are empty, but I’m sure that will change fast!

I have two questions:
Once I download Cutline 2.0 for WP2.3 to my harddrive, what am I suppose to do next? Does it go into the plugins?
2. How do I turn off the random header image so I can use just the one on all the pages?

Any great wordpress theme deserves support and a forum is an excellent and bright idea for Cutline.

I already have a website. How do I put the wordpress cutline theme on my own URL page? I keep hearing from people that it can be done. Do I change the code in some way, or paste it in some way?
I love the theme. But I want the blog to appear on my webpage with the webpage header above my blog header.
