Please help. I need to make the comments section, complete with the submit form, only visible in a new window if a visitor choses to click on a link to open/view the comments. The problem is that default and classic themes do this on their own so finding a "how to" is next to impossible. I'm going to assume it was removed from cutline but reverse engineering it back into place is proving frustrating. I'm not refering to the "view comments" link on archive or main index pages, i mean I need on on post pages like this one, 300 comments + is killing some posts load times. please advise.
